The process of sending an announcement can be made in many ways, all steps are not always necessary but they may include the following:

1.Set the preferences for sending the announcements.

2.Prepare the announcement templates.

3.Define the recipients of the announcement.

The recipients are defined in different ways:

•By using the Operator module.

•By using Announce from view.

•By using Announce from trace.

4.Prepare the content of the announcement and select announcement channels.

The module supports the following announcement channels:

•Mail, with PDF.

•Email.

•SMS.

•For companies that integrate with an external mail system, it is also possible to generate an XML file for further management in the receiving system.

5.Send the announcement.
