Recipients tab

In the header of the tab there are numbers in a parentheses (Reachable/Unreachable).

Each group that has recipients can be expanded.

The Deliverable and Undeliverable columns show the announcement channels for which the message was prepared in the Message tab and indicate whether it is possible or not to send a message through a given channel. The Missing data column shows what data is missing for each customer, to be able to send announcements.

The columns to be displayed in the window can be turned on or off via the triangle icon. By pressing the headers of the different columns, you can sort the recipients.

Timespans tab

Predefined variables can be used when composing a message. For date and time variables, you must define the Date from and Date to attributes. Otherwise, these variables are displayed in red in the prepared message and the sending of the message is blocked (the Send button is deactivated).

If outage is scheduled over several time intervals, the timespans variable can be used multiple times in one announcement.

The timespans variable can have values padded in the Times section of Operator:

1.Select Operator > Show/Hide Operator.

2.In the south panel, select Outages.

3.Select the line with the outage you want to check.

4.In the east panel, select Info > Outage.

5.Check the values in the Times section.

There are fields for Planned start time, Planned end time and the actual time of the Start time and End time events. If the event has not yet occurred, Start time and End time are not given, the variable timespans takes Planned start time and Planned end time.

Announcement of the completion of work for a disconnect can be sent until the Outage state is changed to Ended.
