The recipients are defined in different ways:
•By using the Operator module. This approach is used to announce resources.
•By using Announce from view.
•By using Announce from trace.

1.Select Operator > Show/Hide Operator.
2.In the south panel, select Outages.
3.In the south panel, press Add operation outage 
to add an operation outage or press Add planned outage 
to add a planned outage and then select the object to be de-energized in the map or schema.
4.In the Outages window, fill in the information and press Create and execute.
5.In the south panel, select the line with the created outage.
6.In the east panel, select Switch order. The number of clients disconnected from the power supply is visible under Customers (R).
7.In the east panel, select Customers > Search. A list of clients with no power is displayed.
8.Press Send announcement. The Announcement window opens.
Announce resources from outage
1.In the south panel, select the line with the created outage.
2.In the east panel, press Send announcement to resources about outage 
.
3.Select resources from the list and press Continue. The announcement window Announcement to resource opens.
Announce resources from work request
1.In the south panel Work Request tab, double-click on the desired work request.
2.In the work request, press Send announcement to resources about work request .
3.Select resources from the list and press Continue. The announcement window Announcement to resource opens.
1.Select Tools > Announcement > Announce from view.
2.Select the area in the view by selecting successive points that make up the fence around the desired nodes.
3.Right-click and select Place polygon. The Announcement window opens.
1.Select Tools > Announcement > Announce from trace.
2.Set the trace parameters. For more information, see section General trace.
3.Select an object in the view according to the selected trace method. The Announcement window opens.
