A certain authorization is required to be able to execute an operating order. See section Resources.
It is not possible to start an execution of an operating order before it has been approved.
An operating order changes state to Executing either when:
•The state explicitly changes in the flyleaf
or
•the first point of operation is executed.
The current state controls which columns are displayed for the points of operation. When an operating order is started executing, the column Executed is displayed. Here you can find a time stamp that shows when the row was executed.
To execute one point of operation - select the row, right-click and select Execute.
To execute several points - select the last one of the rows in question, right-click and select Perform here.
If a row can not be executed when calling Perform here, the execution is canceled without trying to perform the following rows. Revise the operating order so that all remaining rows can be performed and then continue with the execution.
Operator reacts in the same way for points of operation as for the rows in the switch order:
•The symbology for the switch devices are updated.
•The network will be (re)colored.
•Affected customers are analyzed.
•And so on...
It is possible to execute the operation rows in a different order than planned. Use this opportunity as sparingly as possible. The function is available for the eventuality that, for example, a work force reports that they are ready before the previous operations are executed.
A dialog window is opened which states Confirm out-of-order execution. Press OK to confirm or Cancel to cancel the function.
It is possible to undo executed operation rows provided that:
•The operations are undone in a reversed order, opposite from how they were executed.
•No other events has occurred subsequent to the affected devices.
•None of the operations that should be undone came from SCADA.
•The operating order has not yet been completed.
•Linked outage has not yet been archived.
•Current user has the right authorization to execute operation rows, see section Execute operation rows.
To undo an executed row - select the row, right-click and select Undo.
