If the executed time is wrong for an operation row, it can be adjusted. The new time needs to be after the previous operation row and before the following row. The chronological order must not be affected.
Adjust the time before linked outages are archived and before the operating order is completed.
To edit and update the time - select the time, right-click and select Edit time.
The outage statistics for the affected customers will be updated with the new time.
When an operating order is approved, it is not possible to change it as before approval. Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the operating order after the actual circumstances:
•A device is not in its expected switch state
•A work force or a person that has responsibilities needs to be replaced
•Planned times need to be changed
•Etc...
The operating order can be revised in the statuses Approved or Executing.
Note! That the status can not be changed back to Approved after it is revised. The status needs to be changed to Executing after the operating order has been changed.
To start a revision - change the state to Revising and save. All the fields that where locked in the Flyleaf, Prerequisites and Operation rows are now available for editing again.
There is also a quick function for revising operating orders:
1.In the Operation rows tab, press Revise operating order . The operating order changes state to Revising.
2.When you are done revising, press Conclude operating order revision . The operating order changes state to Creating and the version number is updated.
To make changes to linked outages - see section Edit underlying outages for more information.
It is possible to reset customer impact for an operating order row. It is only possible to clear affected customers when the operating order has the state Executing. The operating order state is visible in the Flyleaf.
1. Markera den driftorderrad där kundpåverkan ska nollställas. Mark the operation row where the affected customers should be removed.
2. Right-click on the row and select Clear affected customers.
3. A summary of affected customers that will be removed opens. Select those rows that shall be cleared and press OK.
4. Affected customers is cleared.
The same opportunity is available, as in the Switch order, to undo operations, but keep the actual times set. The point of this is that they can be re-executed when any errors in the feeding paths have been corrected. This way, the right customer impact can be obtained without having to re-enter the time set. The function is found in the operating order rows right-click menu and select Undo here (keep times). The menu option is only available on operating order rows that belong to active (unarchived) outages.
