Operating orders, that are not approved, are shown in the operating order list with the state Pending amendment. When the state changes to Pending amendment, all fields are unlocked. All the fields that was available when the operating order was created are available again.

After adjusting the operating order, the state should be changed to Pending validation again and the review process should be repeated.

Note! That the version number is not incremented during this process when the state pending amendment has been used. The version number is used exclusively for revising.
