When you review tasks in Nätkollen, you have access to all the case information from Ledningskollen, including the inquiry area. When answering tasks, you can easily create maps of the area. You also have the help of standard email templates. These are configurable.
1.In the south panel, search for the task you want to review. View it in the east panel, with the zoomed-in inquiry area in the map on the left.
2.Analyze the task by checking what object types you have in the query area, if any.
3.Compare your analysis with that of Nätkollen.
oIf your analysis gives the same classification as Nätkollen, use the suggested email template when sending email responses.
oIf your analysis results in a different classification than Nätkollen, change the suggested email template when sending email responses.
The classifications are different for the different task types, see the table below. The names of the classifications are configurable and can be changed by the company's system administrator.

* Configurable classification
1.Search for the task you want to create maps for. Display it in the east panel, with the zoomed-in inquiry area in the map to the left.
2.Select the Workflow tab.
3.Select the decision point and set yourself as the owner by pressing the iconTake activity
.
4.Press Save.
5.Press Make decision. A dialog box opens.
6.Select:
o(NK) Nej ingen samordning (No coordination) - If you think the task is not interesting for coordination of excavation works.
o(NK) Ja samordning (Yes coordination) - If you think the task is interesting for coordination of excavation works.
7.Press OK to close the dialog box.
8.Create an e-mail response by doing steps 2-6 in the Send e-mail response section below.
9.In the Comment to Ledningskollen field, indicate your preferences for:
oDesired trench width and depth.
oContact details of your contact person.
oOther information for the inquirer who wants to coordinate the excavation.
10. Do steps 8-9 in the Send email response section below.
1.Find the task you want to create maps for. Display it in the east panel, with the zoomed-in inquiry area of the map to the left.
2.Press the button Autocreate maps . An overview map and a number of map pages are generated. They are presented under different tabs in the Preview dialog box.
When there is only one page during map auto-creation, the overview page is automatically hidden. This can be configured if you want to have the overview page even when there is only one page. |
3.Review the maps and check that the correct data is visible in the drawing frames. Use the tool buttons to edit the maps. To hide the overview map or delete a map page, select the map tab, right-click and select the menu option Hide the overview or Remove page.
4.To print and link the map files to the task, select the menu item File > Export document to the Nätkollen task and select one of the following:
oDXF
oPDF
oDXF and PDF
The plot is saved in the Documents tab of the task form.
In the task form, you can select which coordinate system to use for export. The default value is Sweref 99 TM, unless otherwise preset. 1.In the east panel, select the desired coordinate system from the Coordinate system for export drop-down menu. |
5.Press OK in the information box to close it.
6.To check that the map files have been linked to the task, select the Documents tab in the east panel and press Reload. The map files are listed in the DB documents section.

When you are logged in to a task's changeset, you can save a free plot as a document linked to the task.
1.Log in to the changeset for the desired task.
2.In the menu bar, select File > Print > Free plot.
3.In the print dialog, select the desired options and press Preview.
4.In the preview menu bar, select File > Save/export to current task and select one of the following:
oExport DXF (Nätkollen)
oExport PDF (Nätkollen)
oExport DXF and PDF (Nätkollen)
The plot is saved under the Documents tab in the task form.
1.Find the task you want to send a reply to. Display it in the east panel, with the zoomed-in inquiry area in the map to the left.
2.Press the Send email-reply icon . A dialog box opens. Fields for emails:
oEmail template - This field displays the email template Nätkollen automatically suggests for the current classification. You can change it by manually selecting a different mail template from the drop-down list. Please note that the action sent to Nätkollen may change.
oComment - Here you can add your own text to the message.
oAttachments - Here you can see the documents and map files linked to the task. You can choose not to send one or more of them by unchecking the boxes.
oAction - Here you can see the feedback that is sent to Ledningskollen. Action is dependent on the content of the email templates.
oComment to Ledningskollen - Use this field for your own comments sent to Ledningskollen.
3.To send the answer, press the Send button. The reply will be sent to the e-mail and reply address of the questioner. At the same time, the message in the Action field and your own comments, if any, will be sent to Ledningskollen. The Close the task? dialog box opens.
4.To close the task, press Yes. The task is closed. If you do not want to close because there are more activities to be completed, press No.
