Show tasks

Nätkollen automatically and regularly retrieves all new tasks from Ledningskollen. When you open Organizer, you can search for both these tasks and manually created tasks from the Nätkollen among other tasks in the south panel. In the search results, you can sort the tasks and choose which one you want to work on.

Customize the south panel by pressing the arrow in the top right corner of the south panel and select or deselect columns in the menu that opens.

 

Search tasks

1.Under the Tasks tab, uncheck the Only mine checkbox.

2.In the Task type drop-down list, select the Select multiple menu item. A dialog box opens.

3.Select one or more of the Net Check assignment types:

oCoordination inquiry

oCable inquiry

oProject inquiry

oManual cable inquiry

oManual tree guarding

oCommunity planning

4.Press OK. The dialog box closes.

5.In the State drop-down list, select the state of the tasks you want to see:

oAll - shows all tasks in all states.

oActive - shows only those tasks that need processing (not No responses).

oClosed - shows automatically and manually closed tasks.

6.Press Search. In the south panel, the result of the search for the tasks belonging to Nätkollen is displayed.

 

View tasks

You select tasks in the south panel to view and work on them in the east panel.

In the south panel, you can sort the tasks by double-clicking once or twice on the column title. The columns that are specific to Nätkollen are the Ledningskollen-ID and the Positioning address.

The column Ongoing shows the classification of the tasks suggested by Nätkollen. Only the tasks that are in the Active state have a classification in this column.

1.Select a task in the south panel. The task appears in the east panel. If the task has graphics and drawing attributes, the map zooms in on the inquiry area.

Tabs in the east panel:

o[Task type] (Nätkollen): Overview of the task. The one in brackets is the current classification/activity.

oProject: Project to which the current task belongs.

oDocuments: Attached documents.

oJournal: Automatically and manually logged events in the task.

2.Select the Workflow tab. The classification of Nätkollen is displayed in the left field. The state of the classification is also shown in the colored box next to the classification. If the classification is in the Active state, the text is in bold, otherwise not.

White

The activity is not started.

Yellow

Active, the activity is started.

Green

The activity is completed.

3.Select the desired classification from the list to open the associated sub-tabs.
