In order to use Nätkollen, you need to create task templates. To do this, as an administrator you need to update certain code lists. Once the code lists are updated, you create task templates for Nätkollen in the same way as other task templates in Organizer.

You create projects, and thus the first task, for the five task types of Nätkollen: Cable inquiry, Project inquiry, Manual cable inquiry, Manual tree guarding and Coordination inquiry. Based on the first task in each project, you will then create task templates for each of the inquiries' response options with Nätkollen as the template owner. Once the task templates are created, delete the tasks that you used to create the templates.

 

Updating code lists for Nätkollen

The following code lists should be updated for Nätkollen:

•Code list owner DSG, Activity type/ACTIVITY_TYPE_CL

•Code list owner DSG, Decision/DECISIONS_CL

•Code list owner DSG, Decision point type/DEC_POINT_TYPE_CL

Add the rows in the table below to the codelist owner DSG, Activity Types/ACTIVITY_TYPE_CL.

Add the rows in the table below to the codelist owner DSG, Decision/DECISIONS_CL.

 

For both rows, select Start next from existing workflow items in current task / START_EXISTING_NEXT_WF-ITEM.

 

Codelist owner DSG, Decision point type/DEC_POINT _TYPE_CL

In codelist owner DSG, Decision Point Type/DEC_POINT_TYPE_CL, add the row Text / CODETEXT: (NK) Samordningsfråga (coordination inquiry).

Create task templates for Cable inquiry

The task templates for Digging risk can be used to allocate different tasks to different user groups based on which digging risk zones are encountered by Nätkollen.

Create a Cable Inquiry project, a first task and the first task template:

1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer.

2.Under the Tasks tab, press the Create task/project button. A dialog box opens.

3.Create a new project and at the same time the first task:

a.In the Projects section, select New and enter "nätkollen_task_template" as Project name.

b.Select Cable inquiry (Nätkollen) as task type/template.

c.In the Task manager section, select Nätkollen from the drop-down list.

d.Deactivate the option Send email to task manager.

e.Press Create. The dialog box closes. The task appears in the list under the Tasks tab in the south panel.

4.Create an activity for the task:

a.In the east panel, select the Workflow tab.

b.Press Add workflow item and select New activity. A dialog box opens.

c.Select the activity type (NK) Nej-svar LA and press OK.

d.In the Description field, enter "NK No response cable indication".

e.Press and Select owner . A dialog box opens.

f.Select Nätkollen.

g.Press OK.

h.Press Save.

5.Create a task template of the task:

a.Select the task in the south panel, right-click, and select Save as task template. A dialog box opens.

b.In the Template name field, enter "NK Nej-svar ledningsanvisning".

c.In the ID field, enter "NK_N_L".

d.In the Usage area section, press Add.

e.Select desired option in the drop-down list and press OK.

f.Press OK. The task template is created.

6.Delete the activity in the task template workflow:

a.Select the Workflow tab in the east panel.

b.Select the activity in the left field.

c.Press Delete workflow item .

d.Press Delete to confirm.

7.Create task templates for the other response options to management requests by repeating the steps in this instruction but with different choices and descriptions in the following steps:

a.In step 3a, select the Select button and enter "nätkollen_task_template" as Project name.

b.In steps 4c, 4d, 4e, 5b and 5c, enter the options in the table below:

 

 

Create task templates for Project inquiry

Create a project for the Project inquiry, a first task and the first task template:

1.Repeat Steps 1-6 in the Create task templates for Cable inquiry section above with the following changes:

oStep 3a: Enter "nätkollen_task_template_1" as the Project name.

oStep 3b: Select Project inquiry (Nätkollen) as task type/template.

oStep 4c: Select the activity type (NK) Nej-svar P.

oStep 4d: In the Description field, enter "NK No response project planning".

oStep 5b: In the Template name field, enter "NK Nej-svar projektering".

oStep 5c: In the ID field, enter "NK_N_P".

2.Create task templates for the other response options for project inquiry by again repeating steps 1-6 in the section Create task templates for Cable inquiry above with the following changes:

a.In step 3a, select the Select button and enter "nätkollen_task_template_1" as Project name.

b.In steps 4c, 4d, 5b and 5c, enter the options in the table below:

 

Create task templates for Community planning

Create a Community planning project, a first task and the first task template:

1.Repeat steps 1-6 in the Create task templates for Cable inquiry section above with the following changes:

oStep 3a: Enter "nätkollen_task_template_5" as the Project name.

oStep 3b: Select Community planning (Nätkollen) as task type/template.

oStep 4c: Select the activity type (NK) Nej-svar S.

oStep 4d: In the Description field, enter "NK No response Community planning".

oStep 5b: In the Template name field, enter "NK Nej-svar Samhällsplanering".

oStep 5c: In the ID field, enter "NK_N_PL".

2.Create task templates for the other request response options by again repeating steps 1-6 in the section Create task templates for Cable inquiry above with the following changes:

a.In step 3a, select the Select button and enter "nätkollen_task_template_5" as Project name.

c.In steps 4c, 4d, 5b and 5c, enter the options in the table below:

 

Create task template for Manual cable inquiry

Create a Manual cable inquiry project, a first task and the only task template:

1.Repeat Steps 1-6 in the Create task templates for Cable inquiry section above with the following changes:

oStep 3a: Enter "nätkollen_task_template_2" as the Project name.

oStep 3b: Select Manual cable inquiry (Nätkollen) as task type/template.

oStep 4c: Select the activity type (NK) Manuell ledningsförfrågan.

oStep 4d: In the Description field, enter "NK Manual cable inquiry".

oStep 5b: In the Template name field, enter "NK Manuell ledningsförfrågan".

oStep 5c: In the ID field, enter "NK_N_PL".

 

Create task templates for Manual tree guarding

Create a Manual tree monitoring project, a first task and the only task template:

1.Repeat steps 1-6 in the Create task templates for Cable inquiry section above with the following changes:

oStep 3a: Enter "nätkollen_task_template_3" as the Project name.

oStep 3b: Select Manual tree guarding (Nätkollen) as task type/template.

oStep 4c: Select the activity type (NK) Manuell trädbevakning.

oStep 4d: In the Description field, enter "NK Manual tree guarding".

oStep 5b: In the Template name field, enter "NK Manuell trädbevakning".

oStep 5c: In the ID field, enter "NK_N_PL".

 

Create task templates for Coordination inquiry

Create a Coordination inquiry project, a first task and the only task template.

 

1.Repeat steps 1-3 in the Create task templates for Cable inquiry section above with the following changes:

oStep 3a: Enter "nätkollen_task_template_4" as the Project name.

oStep 3b: Select Coordination inquiry (Nätkollen) as task type/template.

2.Create an activity for the task:

a.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide administration.

b.In the south panel, select the Administrate tasks tab.

c.Select the task you just created.

d.In the east panel, select the Workflow tab.

e.Press Add workflow item and select New decision point. A dialog box opens.

f.Select the activity type (NK) Samordningsfråga and press OK.

g.In the Description field, enter "Coordination inquiry decision Yes/No".

h.Press and Select owner . A dialog box opens.

i.Select Nätkollen.

j.Press OK.

k.Press the Manage decisions button.

l.In the Available field, select (NK) Nej ingen samordning and (NK) Ja samordning and press the right arrow button . The selected decision types are moved to the Selected field.

m.Press OK.

n.Press Save.

3.In the menubar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer.

4.Repeat steps 5-6 in the Create task templates for Cable inquiry section above with the following changes:

oStep 5b: In the Template name field, enter "NK Samordningsfråga".

oStep 5c: In the ID field, enter "NK_Q_C".

 

Check task templates

Check that you have created all the task templates for Nätkollen:

1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer.

2.Under the Tasks tab, press the Create task/project button.

3.In the Task template section, check that all the task templates you need are present.

 

Delete the template tasks

Deletes the tasks that you used to create the templates:

1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide administration.

2.Select the Administrate tasks tab.

3.Sort the tasks by Task ID by double-clicking in the column header.

4.Select your template tasks one at a time, right-click and select Close task. A dialog opens.

5.Press OK.
