Automation activity

The Process automation module allows you to manage automation activities. Automations are functions that perform tasks automatically within the system to save time and reduce manual work. They are used to perform tasks in workflows, such as sending messages, creating changesets and performing calculations.

 

Only Organizer administrators can add automation activities. See section Add workflow item to a task template in Organizer administration.

 

Manage Automation activities

1.In the east panel, select the Workflow tab.

2.Select an automation activity from the list of workflow items.

3.Fill in the desired information and dates.
