The Linked objects tab lists all the objects linked to the task. Here you can also add and remove links to objects using the icons in the toolbar.
Gives access to several different options to link to objects.
•Select from query - Opens a new dialog where you have the option to perform a search on, for example, Cable pillars, Stations or Poles. You can limit the search by specifying the ID or check the In saved object list checkbox. Select one or more objects to link to the task and press OK.
•Link to free plot - Opens a new dialog where you can search for and link a free plot to the task. You can restrict the search by entering Name, ID or Plot owner, select the plot to be linked to the task and press OK. The task/project takes over ownership of the plot and everyone who has access to the task/project can see the plot.
•Select from map or object reference - Allows you to select an object in the map/schema.
•Use selection - Select the objects you want to link and select Use selection to link them simultaneously.
•Select from map, within polygon - Allows you to select multiple objects by placing a polygon. The objects must be completely within the polygon and visible in the view where the polygon is placed, so an object that is partially outside the polygon will not be included.
•Select from task changeset - Automatically adds the unposted objects contained in the task changeset to the Linked objects tab.

Add workflow items and link them to selected object
If a task has linked meters, you can add workflow items to manage them, see section Meter management.
The linked object also carries information about status, so-called status links. When the work for an object in the activity is finished, the status of that particular object can be set to Executed.
•In order to use status links on an activity, the activity needs to be linked to the label OWM_LAYOUTS_ACTIVITY_STATUS_LINKS. •When an activity has this label, there is a tab in the activity form in the java client called To handle. Here, objects can be linked to the activity with a search query or from the map. |
To add labels, administrator rights for Organizer are required. |
1.Select Organizer > Administrate links (activity/label).
2.Add label OWM_LAYOUTS_ACTIVITY_STATUS_LINK to an activity.
3.Open a task, add the labeled activity in the Workflow tab.
4.In the tab To handle, add objects in different ways.
5.Set a status of the links by right-clicking and set status for all objects.
6.Open the activity in Organizer Webmap, show the objects in the map with the checkboxes.
7.Open the form by right-clicking on the row, open the attribute form of the object by selecting Show attributes, close the attribute form.

It is possible to identify the objects listed under the To handle tab for one or multiple activities in the South panel using the Progress for activities, handled objects function. This function thematically colors objects on the map based on their status within activities.
The function is available as a tool button in the Tasks and Workflow tabs in the South panel.
•In the Tasks tab, it provides users with an overview of the status for an entire task or multiple tasks at the same time.
•In the Workflow tab, it enables the visualization of the status for multiple activities at once, providing a comprehensive overview of object statuses across various activities.
Objects are color-coded as follows:
oComplete - green
oPartially complete - yellow
oNot complete - red
