Add workflow items to handle meters
Add workflow items from linked meters
You can insert workflow items to a task directly from linked meters.
1.In the east panel for a task with linked meters, select the Linked objects tab.
2.Select a meter from the list.
3.Press Add workflow items 
and select Installation
or Dismounting . A dialog opens.

If there are no workflow items for the task, the workflow item for the linked meter will be inserted directly into the workflow. |
4.Select where in the workflow you want to place the workflow item and press Add. The workflow item is added to the workflow and a row is created in the Workflow tab, subtab Meters to handle.

Check the box Start workflow items to start the workflow items with the current time as the start date. |
Add workflow items from the Workflow tab
You can also add workflow items for meters from the Workflow tab and then search for the desired meter.
1.In the east panel, select the Workflow tab.
2.Press Add workflow item 
and select New activity. The dialog Select activity type opens.
3.Select the activity type for meter handling and press OK.
4.Mark the workflow item from the list and select the Meters to handle subtab.
5.Press the button for the type of task you want to add.
6.Search for the meter by selecting either Customer facility/Meter or Customer, fill in desired search criteria and press Search.
7.Select desired rows from the search result and press Add.
The task form
For tasks of the Meter Management type, meters are displayed directly in the task form, in the Installation link section.
Each activity marked for meter management gets its own tab, named based on the activity type and ID. The tab shows the meters that have been added to the activity's Meters to handle tab. This makes it easy to get an overview of all the meters in the task without having to open each individual activity.
Select a meter and press Edit to open its attribute form. Double-click on a meter to pan to it in the map.
