All fault reports will appear in the tab Outages as a Not verified outage, with one or several fault reports for each outage. fault reports that belongs to an outage is visible in the east panel in the tab fault reports.
The Operation manager will now have three alternatives when the fault analysis is done:
I.Operator have made a correct estimation concerning the possible fault location. The Operation manager changes the status from Not verified to Verified. To activate the affected customers, the first row in the tab switch order should be executed.
II.The Operator fault location estimation is wrong and the tripping object is located elsewhere. The operator then adds another operation outage based on the correct fault location according to the description in chapter Create new outage.
III.If the fault report was incorrect, the status for the outage is set to Invalid.
The Operation manager should continuously update the status for the outages by:
•Updating the current switch state by updating the switch order continuously. The customers that are affected are updated automatically.
•Indicate and update the planned restored time.
The Customer service will then receive the correct information regarding ongoing outages from Operator and can hence give fast and correct answers back to the customer.
