Fault report

 

dpCom has functions to handle fault reports from customers. It is primarily meant to be used as a separate customer service, where communication between the operations center and the customer service is done via dpCom.

Fault report functions can also be used by the operations center, if the fault report goes directly there. dpCom is then working as a log of received fault reports.

 

Search customer

The customer is searched out based on any of the following search criteria:

Person/org. no, Customer-ID, Customer facility-ID, Surname, Last name and Address.

Customers that matches these criteria are shown to the left in a customer list. Select a customer to view detailed information in the east panel. If you double-click a customer, the map simultaneously zooms in on the customer's delivery point.

Details for selected customer is also shown in the tabs as follow:

 

The tab Outages

The tab Outages shows the outages that has affected this customer. Information such as the status of the outage, when it occurred, when it was reconnected and planned reconnection is shown in this tab. Right-click on an outage for more functions. Open outage uploads the historical outage in the detail window.

 

The tab Fault report

In the tab Fault report is information about the fault reports that has been reported from customers shown.
