The module has functions to handle fault reports from customers. It is primarily meant to be used as a separate customer service, where communication between the operations center and the customer service is done via Operator.
Fault report functions can also be used by the operations center, if the fault report goes directly there. Operator is then working as a log of received fault reports.
In the Search fault report tab, you can search for fault reports by entering the desired search criteria.
In the Create fault report tab, new fault reports are created.
1.Search for the customer by entering the desired search criteria in the Create fault report tab.
2.Select the desired customer and press Create fault report .
If you double-click on a customer, the map will zoom in on the customer's delivery point. |
3.Enter the details of the fault report and press OK.
Details for the selected customer are displayed in the tabs as follows: •Outages - Shows the outages that affected the selected customer. Information such as the status of the outage, when it occurred, when it was reconnected and planned reconnection is shown in this tab. Right-click on an outage for more functions. Open outage loads the historical outage in the east panel. •Fault reports - Shows information about the outages reported by the customer. |
