dpCom is launched from the menu option Operator > Show/Hide Operator.

The Operator interface is opened using the south panel at the bottom. If you search for, for example, a customer or for outages and select one of the rows in the search result, the east panel opens with detail tabs. If you double-click a row in the search result, the east panel opens while the map zooms in on the current object. If the object is not in active view, the views in which the object is displayed are listed.
