OMM (Outage Management Module) is the module that handles error notifications, outages and outage statistics. In OMM it is possible to create both planned and unplanned interruptions. For each interruption, it is possible to create a connection slip with sequential connections while the program constantly informs about current customer consistency. OMM has functionality to calculate relevant statistics. Statistics can also be generated based on your own filtering conditions.
