The resource planning view shows the personnel and machine resource needs defined in Organizer. You can view:
•Resource needs for entire projects and tasks.

•Activity progress at the same time as resource needs or resource needs and bookings.
You can also view booking status:
•Per resource (person, competence, organizational unit).

Switch between the scheduling view, which is displayed by default, and the resource scheduling view by pressing Show Resources.
When you select to show the resource planning view, the Demands status option in the Resources menu is selected by default. This shows an overview of the resource needs for entire projects and tasks with their own set of colors.
