Use work environment plan template in a task

Add a predefined work environment plan to an assignment.

Add work environment plan

1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer. The south panel opens.

2.Select the Tasks tab.

3.Select a task in the results list. The east panel opens.

4.Select the Work environment plans tab.

5.Press Add .

6.Select template to use. If there is only one template available, it is automatically selected.

7.Select settings for the work environment plan.

8.Press Save.

 

Create a PDF of the work environment plan:

1.Right-click on the work environment plan and select Work environment plan. A dialog opens.

2.Select Open and press OK.

Fill in information about the Work environment plan, such as ID and Created by. The date when the Work environment plan was created is automatically filled in with today's date but can be changed manually.

Also, fill in information about Workplace, Constructor and Contractor.

Roles

Add job roles (from the codelist) and contact information.

Rules

The rules predefined for the template are shown here. Press Add to add additional rules (from the codelist) that are not included in the template but should be included for the current task.

Protection round

Add the date for the protection round and who will participate in the protection round.

Crisis preparedness

The crisis preparedness predefined for the template is shown here. Press Add to add additional crisis preparedness (from the codelist) that is not included in the template but should be included for the current task.

Add information about who is trained in first aid and contact information.

Risk overview

The risk overviews predefined for the template are displayed here. Press Add to add additional risk overviews (from the codelist) that are not included in the template but should be included for the current task.

By marking and double-clicking on a line, it is possible to specify whether the risk is a real risk in the current task by checking Is there a risk, and specify which actions should be taken.
