Create work environment plan template

The process for creating a work environment plan template is similar to creating a task template.

To create a new work environment plan template, you need to be logged into an empty optimistic changeset.

Create work environment plan template

1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide administration. The south panel opens.

2.Select the Work environment plan templates tab.

3.Press Create work environment plan . A dialog opens.

4.Fill in the desired options in the template.

5.Press OK. The template is saved.

The options available in the dialog reflect what was added in codelists for Work environment plan.

Select the template data to apply to the current template.



Used in

Select which utility (dpPower, dpHeating etcetera) you want to display the plan in. The template can be general for several utilities or specific for work in a certain utility.

Rules

Add

Select which rules should apply to the current template.


Rule

Here, the rule names added to the codelist for rules are displayed and selected.

Text

Describe the rule in text.

Crisis preparedness

Add

Select which crisis preparedness should apply to the current template.


Type

Here, the crisis preparedness added to the crisis preparedness codelist are displayed and selected.

Text

Describe the crisis preparedness needed in text.

Risk overview

Add

Select which risks should be included for the current template.


Risk

Add the risks that can be identified in a certain type of work.

Text

Describe the risk in text.
