Work environment plan

For some building or plant works, a work environment plan must be created before the work begins. The work environment plan should work as a guiding document for how to conduct work environment work at work to prevent work environment risks. Work environment plan is created per task in Organizer.

 

Configuration

To set up a work environment plan in the system, some configuration in code lists is required.

The code lists are managed in the code list manager (Administration > Codelists > Code list manager).

Select codelist owner DSG.

WORK_ENW_PLAN_CRISIS_CL

Add and manage bullet points for Crisis preparedness.

WORK_ENW_PLAN_RISK_CL

Create risk overview. Add the risks that may exist in a job.

WORK_ENW_PLAN_ROLE_CL

Add job roles.

WORK_ENW_PLAN_RULE_CL

Add and manage rules, such as rules of procedures and protection rules.
