Customer is a tool to create and search tasks from a customer perspective. The module is an extension of the functionality for case handling which exist in Organizer.

With Customer the user interface for Organizer is extended with the tab stakeholders and gives you the opportunity to create error reports and other tasks from different customer searches or searches for other stakeholders. Other types of tasks with integrated information about facilities and stakeholders is included in Customer.

It is also possible to create tasks from objects in the map with selected templates.
