dpPower is started through the tab Organizer and uses the base functionality that exists in Organizer.

In the tab Stakeholders, information about tasks for customers or other types of stakeholders can be retrieved in the tab Tasks.

 

Select search criteria: Allows you to select which criteria that should be visible.

There is also the possibility to find information in the tabs Current, Outages history, Calls and Announcement.

 

The tab Current

In the tab Current, information regarding current outages are displayed. If a current outage is present the most important information is displayed such as, planned restoration time for the outage.

If no current outage can be found the message says: No outage reported.

 

The tab Outage history

The tab Outage history displays the historic outages that this customer has been affected by. By using right-click on an outage, you will find more alternatives regarding the outage e.g. Show fault location in map. Information regarding a selected outage is opened in the East panel with the tabs Outage and Other info.

 

The tab Calls

The tab Calls, displays all the error reports that a customer has created. Note that you will not find a one to one relation between outages and calls. A customer may have been involved in an outage without making an error report. Also an error report will not always result in an outage.

 

The tab Announcement

Displays a table with performed announcements made for the specific customer.

Select an announcement in the list and use right-click. Select the alternative Announcement to show more information about the announcement.

 

In the detail information for the task, under the tab Stakeholder in the East panel, stakeholders are shown and information can be edited. Stakeholders can be removed and new ones can be added.

 

Search for stakeholder.

Create stakeholders from delivery point.

Create reporter.

Create other.

Remove stakeholder.
