Search Task

The results for the search criterias that have been entered are displayed in the left part of the south panel while the right part shows all the tasks that the stakeholder is involved in. If the stakeholder is a subscriber, the map will be centered around the customer's delivery point.

The tasks in the task list can be filtered based on status and you can also select which of the search filters that should be shown. Normally, only status, reporter and other is shown in this view since the search often is done from selection of the retrieved stakeholder.

The task list can be expanded to the entire width of the interface by using the small black arrows.

To give a quick overview of the status for a subscriber, information about ongoing disturbances that the subscriber is affected by is shown. The information symbol in the left menu bar will be enabled and when selecting it, information about the outage, e.g. planned restored time, occurred time and date etc. will be shown.

To show the current outage information, press on the button Show current outage information. The east panel will be opened with the outage information:

In the east panel you can find information about the outage Type, the Outage number, the Date and Time when the outage was created, the Status of the outage, the Planned restored time, information about the Feeding etc.
