Create Task

When tasks are created from the Customer interface, templates of the type Customer service task are used. After the template has been selected, a dialog is displayed, where information about the task can be entered.

If a stakeholder is selected when the task is created, information is automatically collected from the system depending on the task type, e.g. customer information and installation information.

1.Press Create Task .

2.Select what type of task you want to create a template from, e.g. Construction/Reconstruction, standard. The dialog Replanning of activities is opened.

3.Enter the planned start date for the first activity or milestone.

4.Press OK and the dialog Task data is opened.

You can also create a new task from the search result by using right-clicking on the stakeholder and selecting New task from template.
