In the Search tab, you can run predefined queries that have been specifically adjusted to meet common information needs. Search queries are often a simpler type of Reports. Like Reports, this type of question is defined by Digpro or in consultation with the system administrator.

Depending on how they are defined, Search queries like Reports contain various input fields where you can enter selection criteria or keywords to search for specific records in the database. In most cases, it is possible to display the result of a Search query in the map.

 

1.Select Tools > Query Tool.

2.Click the Search tab.

3.Select the desired Search query.

4.Enter one or more selection criteria in the text boxes next to the field names. Pink colored text boxes are mandatory.

5.In the drop-down list Results as, choose to display results in the form of a Table/Tree or to write the results directly to a File.

6.Click Search. The result of the search is displayed in the results window.
