Set dates before posting

With this function it is possible to automatically set the attributes installed year, operational date, regulatory date, capital base date, disconnected date and discarded date on dpPower objects.

The function is based on state changes and can be configured to meet the individual requirements that can emerge.

 

1.Create two cable pillars by using, for example, cable pillar template or create two new cable pillars. See section Build cable pillar.

2.Set the state to Planned or Designed.

3.Create a few delivery points and set the state Planned or Designed.

4.Place a cable pillar bus bar on both cable pillars and place a fuse from a bus bar, creating a bay.

5.Connect a few service cables to the delivery points and connect feeder cables between the cable pillars. Set the state Planned or Designed.  

6.Post the changeset.

7.Change the state for a few of the ingoing objects, not all of them, to Build, not in use.

8.Run the function Set dates before posting.

9.Post the changeset and verify that Installed year has been added for the changed objects above.

10.Change the state on all the objects to In use.

11.Run the function Set dates before posting.

12.Post the changeset. Correct the network if the post checks should fail.

13.Verify that the Operational date, Regulatory date and Capital base date are set.

14.Change state on all the placed objects to Out of operation.

15.Run the function Set dates before posting.

16.Post the changeset and verify that Disconnected date has been set.

17.Change state on a few objects to Destroyed and the rest of the objects to Discarded.

18.Run the function Set dates before posting.

19.Post the changeset and verify that Discarded date has been set.
