An important part of the template is to define its usage. This determines in which applications the template will be available. Here, it is both possible to select in what application and also in what environment (in the office or in the field) the template should be available for use.

 

If only a single application, for example Opto is defined as usage area, the template will only be available in the office client (Java) for the dpCom application (in the activity types configured to have risk analysis available). If also Organizer Webmap is added, the template will be available also in the mobile client for the application(s) in question. Hence, for example a template to be used for field work in the dpPower application needs to have both Electricity and Organizer Webmap set in the Cluster usage.

Note that it is also possible to set a time limit for the availability of a template in a certain application.
