<< Click to Display Table of Contents >> Organizer > Administration > Risk analysis > Reference to risk analysis templates in task templates |
It is possible to link references to risk analysis templates in a task template. This is useful in cases where you want to create one or more specific risk analyses from a task template. A major advantage of using reference templates is that any changes to a risk analysis template only need to be made in one place, in the referenced template, and not in all task templates that use the risk analysis template.
In the Risk analysis templates tab of the Organizer administrative interface, the tool Overview of references to risk analysis templates is available. This gives you a quick overview of which task templates have references to which risk analysis templates. If a reference template is deleted or changes ID, the information Template missing is displayed. Tasks created from these task templates are created without reference to the missing risk analysis template.
1.Open a task template for editing.
2.Select the Workflow tab.
3.Select the activity or decision point to which the risk analysis template should be linked.
4.Select the Risk analysis template reference tab.
5.Press Add.
6.Select a Risk analysis template in the drop-down menu.
7.Press OK.
The activity type or decision point type must be linked to the label ORGANIZER_OWM_CAN_HAVE_RISK_ANALYSIS in order for users to see the risk analyses. |
