You can decide whether a process should be selectable in task templates in Organizer. When you create a new process, it is set to be selectable by default, but this can be changed. Once a process is already mapped to a task template, it cannot be depublished, but you can decide that it should not be able to be mapped to additional task templates.

For a new process

1.In the Process - Design dialog in the drop-down menu for Selectable for task template, select No.

 

For a published process

1.In the Processes tab, fill in search criteria and press Search.

2.Right-click on the desired process and select Show/change attributes. A dialog opens.

3.In the drop-down menu for Selectable for task template, select No.
