Documents can be attached to each task.
1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer.
2.Select a task in the south panel. The east panel opens.
3.In the east panel, select the Documents tab.
4.Press the Add link to external document icon . The Linked documents dialog opens.
5.Select a document from a location on the network, the system can display most types of documents and images. This of course assumes that for e.g. a word document, that word is installed on the computer you work on.
If a task has linked documents, this is indicated by an asterisk (*) in the tab. |
The document symbol objects are hidden in the map by default and only appear for a specific task when you have logged into the changeset for the task. |
1.Add DB documents (Data Base):
oAlternative 1:
a.Select a row under Linked documents ant press the Create a new DB document from linked document icon .
oAlternative 2:
a.In the DB documents section, press the Add new DB document .
b.Select a document from a location on the network.
2.Select a row under DB documents, right-click and select Add document symbol.
3.Place the symbol object in the map.
Right-click on the symbol object in the map and select Show/change attributes. In the Document symbol tab, you can Preview the document. The Related data tab shows a tree structure over the related data of the symbol object. |
