It is possible to search for and display data and budget information for specific projects in Organizer.
1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer. The south panel opens.
2.Select the Projects tab.
3.Select search settings and press Search.
4.Select a project in the results list to open it in the east panel, where the project data and financial information are displayed.
Financial progress tab
In the Financial progress tab, you can record and monitor the project's finances, from budget and forecast to actual outcome, as well as view aggregated calculations over different periods.
The top section shows the project data, here you can fill in:
•Project budget
•Revised project budget
•Project phase
•Category
When changing the Project budget or Revised project budget, a date stamp for the change is automatically created.
1.In the Project budget section, press Add to add a table of the project's budget, forecast and outcome.
Totals in the table are calculated automatically and displayed at the bottom of the section. Decimals are not shown in the totals, but can be entered in the individual fields. A project can have several budgets for different periods. |
The Calculation summary section shows a summary of all calculations linked to the project. Here you get an overview of the calculated costs and can compare them with the budget, forecast and outcome.
All calculations are automatically retrieved from the project task. For each calculation, the total is shown per sheet. The total cost of all calculations is shown at the bottom of the section. If calculations in the tasks are updated, you need to press Reload to see the latest calculations. |
