Webmap - Operator is used to manage outages and operational tasks directly in the field.

Preparations in the office client

Some functions in Webmap - Operator require that settings and permissions are correctly configured in the office client. This section describes the settings that must be configured in order for different functions to be available in the mobile client.

 

Roles and permissions

Following roles control which functions are available in Webmap - Operator:

WEBMAP_OPERATOR_EXEC_OPERATION - Execute operations in the switch order.

WEBMAP_OPERATOR_EDIT_OUTAGE - Edit existing outages, such as changing the planned start and end time and viewing the status of delivery points and affected customers.

WEBMAP_OPERATOR_ADD_OUTAGE - Create new outages.

 

Create outages in the field

To allow outages to be created from Webmap - Operator, a valid task template must exist.

 

1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide administration.

2.In tab Task templates, press Create new task template .

3.In field Template type, select Operator.

4.In section Cluster usage press Add.

5.In field Used in, select Organizer Webmap.

6.Enter any additional desired settings and press OK. The task template will now be available in Webmap - Operator.

 

Sign operating orders in the field

To enable signing of work permits and operation permits in work orders in dpWebmap, Operator text templates must be correctly designed. See section Text templates for Operator in dpWebmap.
