Changes the position of a vertex belonging to a component.
1.Select Edit > Component > Move vertex.
2.Left-click near the vertex you wish to move. The selected component is highlighted.
3.Move the mouse cursor to move the vertex to a new position.
4.A preview of the component is shown in red when you move the cursor. Click to confirm the new position. Cancel the function by right-double-clicking.
•Press N or E on your keyboard to lock the new vertex vertically or horizontally (Northing and / or Easting coordinates). Right-click repeatedly to enable/disable the function. •When snapping is used together with the function, the z-value is always copied, even if it is zero. If you move a vertex without using snapping, the same z-value is always maintained. •In the map product Schema, dynamic guidelines help you to position the object's vertices horizontally or vertically relative other vertices. When the mouse cursor is in the vicinity of an extended horizontal or vertical line of a vertex, a dotted guide line is displayed between the mouse pointer and the vertex. Press the space bar to disable/enable the function. |
