1.Open the sidebar

2.Select the Map tab.
3.Click the Map Template icon 
and select Share Map Template > [map template name].
4.Select a user from the list.
5.Click OK.
The user who has been shared a map template will be able to find the shared template under Use custom.

Only the owner of the map template can edit it. The user who has been shared a map template also cannot save the map template as their own. |

The Show locked users checkbox includes locked users in the system if the checkbox is selected. That is, users who are deactivated in user management where the Active checkbox is deselected.
