Info – Other Info

 

The tab Other info is primarily used when an outage is Fixed but not Ended.

The fields in this form should be entered in order to receive sufficient information to create correct outage statistics.

Some fields are automatically updated (e.g. "Device voltage level"), while others have to be entered manually (e.g "Cause").

 

Note!
The fields for Total Number of HV-customers, Total Number of LV-customers, Total customer outage time, Disconnected power and Energy not supplied are calculated automatically based on the number of affected customers.

 
This calculation is performed when the outage status is changed to Fixed. Furthermore the Key Performance Indicators (KPI:s) are calculated based on information regarding each customer. This means that if some of the customers have a shorter outage time than the others, this will be considered when calculating the KPI:s.

Most of the fields can however be manually modified by the operator in charge.
