To use the symbols you just created, edited and saved in other dpSpatial applications, follow the steps below:

 

1.Open the dpSpatial application in which you want to use the symbol(s). Depending on whether it is free graphics to be placed or some other object, there are slightly different approaches.

2.When placing free graphics, it is possible to use so-called individual drawing attributes. Here you can configure which symbol fonts should be available.

3.When placing other objects, the symbol must be added to the drawing attribute tool in order to be applied to the object to be placed in the map.
