1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Administration. The south panel opens.
2.Select the Cost catalogs tab.
3.Press the plus icon in the toolbar on the left. Select REN cost catalog. The server connects to the REN API. A list of active versions is displayed.
4.Select from the active versions from the REN API. Copy connections from is the default function to copy mappings automatically after import. If the integration has been set up with a username and password, the Use company prices option becomes selectable. When the import is complete (takes about 10-15 minutes), a log will open showing a summary of the results.
5.Press Search and locate the directory that has the same name as the version.
6.Select the row in the south panel. The east panel opens and shows details of the cost catalog.
Here you can change the name and other attributes of the cost catalog.
The Catalog content tab shows the default catalog view. Here you can find all catalog entries that have been imported. Here you can view and edit price information for the codes. The data source is the leaf nodes from the imported REN structure.
The tab shows the imported REN structure. The structure can be used for inserting cost catalog entries in the mapping tool and calculations.
1.Open the mapping tool Administrate catalog connections from the south panel toolbar. A dialog box opens.
2.Select a directory name from the list of imported directories from the REN API. The REN structure is displayed in the REN structure tab on the right side of the dialog box.
3.Double-click on a node to open a new dialog box with that branch.
The Quantity column can be edited. Make the desired change and press OK. All codes that are catalog codes and are posted are added with specified amount. The function works in the same way from Cost calculations. |
