New changesets are created from the Select Changeset dialog that opens after logging in, or by selecting File > Open... Or press Ctrl-O.

1.Press New. The dialog Create changeset opens.

2.Give the changeset a Name that describes the task you plan to perform.

3.If you wish you can add a Comment that further describes the changeset.  

4.Select whether the changeset should be Optimistic or Pessimistic.

5.Select whether the changeset should be Postable, Unpostable or only System post.

6.Select whether the changeset should be Private or not.

7.Press Create. The changeset you created now appears in the list.

8.Select a changeset and press Open. The application window opens.
