A group is displayed as a folder, a sub group as a rectangle and a checkbox item as a check mark. To rename or delete an item, right-click on that item in the list. Right-click on a checkbox item to choose to make it mandatory. This means that it is not possible to clearly mark the inspection until the checkbox item has been unchecked. |
1.To map a checklist to an item, select the checklist and select File > Map Checklist….
2.Select which objects and inspection types the checklist should appear on in the window that opens.
To search among the available object types, click on the binoculars next to the field From otype. If a value is entered only in From otype, it is only this otype that the remark will be displayed on. If a value is set to both From otype and To otype, the remark of all objects within this range is displayed. The same principle applies to Subtype and State. If the checklist is only to be displayed for a specific inspection type, this is selected in the Inspection type field. If no values are entered in the fields, the checklist is mapped to all existing values. When the mapping is done, the checklist is displayed in the inspection attribute form for the objects and inspection types that are specified. Multiple checklists can be mapped to the same object and inspection type. Mandatory checkbox items are marked with an exclamation mark in the form. |
