It is possible to link specific actions against specific remarks. Step one is to create the actions that should be available. Step two is to link the action to a specific remark.

Create actions

1.Select Administration > Codelists > Codelist manager.

2.Select codelist owner INSP and codelist OBS_ACTION_CL.

3.Press Add.

4.Type the action in the Text / CODETEXT field.

5.Press Save.

Link action to remark

1.Select Maintainer > Codelist linking (observation/action).

2.Select remark in the remark codelist on the left.

3.Select the action to which the remark should be linked in the Action codelist on the right.

4.Press Link codelist values.
