Remarks

The remarks that can be created is found in the codelists OBS_CODE_STANDARD_CL and OBS_CODE_CUST_CL.

In OBS_CODE_STANDARD_CL there are standard notes that come with the installation, this codelist is not editable.

OBS_CODE_CUST_CL is the customer-specific codelist for remarks, new remarks can be added here.

 

Update the codelist

A Maintainer Administrator can see which subtypes that exists under Maintainer > Meta and basis.

 

1.Select Administration > Codelists > Codelist manager.

2.Select codelist owner INSP.

3.Select codelist OBS_CODE_CUST_CL.

4.Select the subtype depending on the type of inspection.

5.Select the row in the list to be edited.

6.Press Edit rows.

7.Edit the field.

8.Press Save.

9.Press Update server.

 

 

Kategori/OBS_TYPE

Corresponds to the tab that the remark is placed under.

Text/OBS_TEXT

Is the remark itself.

Anmärkningskod/CODE

Remark code to connect remark with EBR.

Anmärkningsfilter/OBS_MAPPING

Requires Maintainer Advanced. Folds which observation filter that should apply for this remark. See section Observation filter below.

MIN_DEGREE och MAX_DEGREE

The classification. There are three levels, where 0 corresponds to OK / Info, 1 corresponds to Not grave and 2 corresponds to Grave.

Aktiv/ACTIVE

Indicates whether the remark should be active and possible to create.

APP_ID

For free remarks only, see section Free remarks below. Indicates in which application the remark should be available.

ACCEPT

For free remarks only, see section Free remarks below. Indicates for which objects this remark should be possible to put.

 

 

Free remarks

The function requires Maintainer Advanced.

 

Free remarks are remarks that can be placed directly on objects and do not require that an inspection plan is connected to the object. This is useful when reporting spontaneous remarks, such as a collision with a cable cabinet. It is also of value when an inspection plan is only laid on the overall object, but also children's objects must be inspected, for example when inspecting chambers with many underlying valves.

 

Create remark templates

This function requires Maintainer Advanced.

 

The Edit remark templates function allows you to create inspection remarks, free remarks or a combination of these.

 

1.Select Maintainer > Edit remark templates. On the left of the window that opens, you will see remark categories.

2.Select a category to view existing templates in the list. The list also shows whether a template is an inspection remark, a free remark or both.

3.Press and select the type of remark you want to create:

oInspection remark

oFree remarks

oInspection remark and Free remark

4.Fill in the information:

oCategory, Name, Description

oFor inspection remarks: select Inspection remark subtype from the drop-down list.

oFor free remarks: add Free remark filter:

a.Press to search for object types.

b.Enter From otype and optionally To otype to define object intervals. After you add a filter, the free remarks will appear in the Free remarks tab of the attribute form for the objects that match the filter.

c.If you leave the fields blank, the remarks apply to all objects.

If you create a combined template but do not add a filter, it will only count as an inspection remark.

5.Press Save.

 

Edit an existing template

1.Select a remark in the list and press .

The inspection remark subtype is locked when editing.

2.Update the required fields and press Save.

An inspection remark can be converted to a combined template by adding filters.

 

Observation filter

The function requires Maintainer Advanced.

 

Observation filter is set up to be able to specify which object and inspection type a remark should apply to. The filter is set up in two steps. The first step is to create a filter. Step two is to map the filter against  a remark.

Create a filter

1.Select Administration > Codelists > Codelist manager.

2.Select codelist owner INSP and codelist OBS_MAPPING_CL.

3.Press Add.

4.Set Category / CATEGORY and Name / CODETEXT.

5.Select what the filter should apply to in the Mapping / ACCEPT field. This is set up with Otype, Subtype, Inspection Type and State.

6.Press on the note icon next to the field to open an editor.

 

Press the Search button, you can get help with which Otype the filtering should apply to. You can also enter the correct type directly in the field. The same applies to Inspection type.

If no value is specified for any field, it is assumed that the filtering applies to all values. When you have finished entering, press Add. The filtering is then seen in the table and at the bottom of the form.

Map filter against a remark

1.In the codelist manager, open the code list NOTE_CODE_CUST_CL.

2.Select the remark(s) for which you want to map a filter.

3.Press on the note icon next to the remark filter / NOTE_MAPPING field.

4.Select the filter you want to apply to the remark.

5.Press Add. It is possible to have several filters on one remark.

6.Press Save when done.
