A task can have two different states, Active or Closed. As default, the active tasks will be shown in the list.
1.In the south panel, select either the Tasks tab or the Workflow tab.
2.Select the desired task in the list and press Close selected tasks . A dialog opens.
•You can select multiple tasks at the same time. •You can also right-click on the desired tasks and select Close task. |
3.Press OK to inactivate the task or Cancel to cancel the function. If the changeset is not empty, the dialog Close selected task opens.
As an administrator, you can force close tasks, for example, if you want to close a task that still has unfinished activities or if the task's changeset contains changed objects. 1.In the dialog, press Close (Force). |
Find active tasks where all activities have been performed by using the checkbox Workflow performed as search criteria in the Task tab in the south panel, it is possible to find eventual tasks where all activities has been performed, but the task has yet not been inactivated.
To change the state to inactive, press Close selected task
As an administrator, you can also close tasks in the Administrate tasks tab.
1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Administration.
2.In the south panel, select the Administrate tasks tab.
3.Select the desired task from the list, right-click and select Close task.
You can select multiple tasks at the same time. |
As administrator in Organizer, you can Close a project from the tab Adminstrate projects. Projects can only be closed if all incoming tasks have been completed.
1.Select the tab Administrate projects.
2.Press Close project in the left column. A dialog opens.
3.Press Yes to close the project. The project is closed.
