Select the task and press the Release Changeset tool button . The button provides two options:

 

•Release changeset  - The Select Changeset dialog box opens where you can select a new changeset to log into. The released changeset has become userless and is now available in the quest list.

•Send the changeset to other user - The Select User dialog box opens where you can select a user to send the changeset to. The changeset and its associated data are transferred to the selected user.

 

 

The users that exist in the list, needs to exist in the user table in the administration menu.

If the email function is configured in the system, an email will be sent to the recipient of the task.
