Depreciation periods are set up manually in existing cost catalogs.
The Investment KPI module is required for calculating with depreciation periods. |
1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide Administration.
2.Select the Cost catalogs tab.
3.Select Search, to search for all the cost catalogs in the system.
4.Select the cost catalog you would like to edit.
5.In the east panel, select the Catalog Content tab.
6.Right-click to select the item you wish to update the depreciation period for.
7.Select Edit.
8.Enter Depreciation time.
9.Press Update.

3.Select Search, to search for all the cost catalogs in the system.
4.Select the cost catalog you would like to edit.
5.Press Export current selected catalog .
6.Select EBR standard or Norm price list for net regulations.
7.Press Export to spreadsheet .
8.Press Open.
9.Press OK.
10. Enter the depreciation time in the column for Depreciation time.
11. Press Save to save the cost catalog on the computer.
12. Press Update cost catalog .
13. Select EBR standard or Norm price list for net regulations.
14. Find the previous saved cost catalog to import once again.
15. Press Choose file.
