Calculations for specific tasks can only be created by using Calculation templates. Calculations that needs to be implemented in all tasks of a certain type can be added by using Task templates. More information about task templates can be found in the Organizer administration manual.
To edit a template you have to be logged in to an empty and optimistic changeset. |
1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide administration.
2.Select the Calculation templates tab.
3.Press Create new calculation template .
4.Enter Template name, ID, Template type and Template description.
5.Press Add.
6.Enter the time limit for the template if there is one.
7.Enter usage type, in the Used in box.
8.Press OK.
9.Select the Cost calculation tab.
10. Select the parameters that you would like to apply to the cost calculation.
11. Press OK.
Calc type |
Can only be used with the Investment KPI module. Sets the calc type that will apply in the template. Calc type are mandatory and cannot be changed in the calculation. For investment calculations, use the type Standard. For calculations for the increased or decreased value of the capital base, use the type Net regulation. |

Cost components |
Sets the cost components that will apply in the template. Cost components are mandatory and cannot be changed in the calculation. |
Depreciation, year |
Can only be used with the Investment KPI module. Shows which year the depreciation will occur. Depreciation year is not mandatory and can be changed in a specific calculation. |
Depreciation model |
Can only be used with the Investment KPI module. Sets the depreciation model that will apply in the template. Depreciation model is not mandatory and can be changed in a specific calculation. |
Cost- and time factors |
Can be used when a percentage change for a factor is needed. |
State filter |
Sets which states to include when generating costs for the calculation. |
Catalogs |
Sets which cost catalogs to include in the calculation. Catalogs are not mandatory and can be changed in a specific calculation.. |
Key figure marker |
Can only be used with the Investment KPI module. Sets how the key figures are marked in the statement of the calculation. Key figure markers are mandatory and cannot be changed in the calculation. Three markers are set as a standard, these are Investment, Norm decreasing and Norm increasing. |
