The function adds a label in Organizer for an outage requests that can be linked to activities. This means that all the activities with that specific label, is interpreted as outage pending. There is also a thematic map that colors the work areas (component for task) for a task that has a started activity of this kind.
To be able to use this function, the designer module needs to be installed
The activities that are intended to be used for outage pending, needs to be configured before the function can be used properly.
Activate the function by selecting Organizer > Administrate links (activity/label)
The dialog Administrate links is opened:
1. Activity types: Select activity in the list.
2. Labels: Select the alternative OUTAGE_PENDING.
3. Press Link activity type to label to link the activity type to OUTAGE_PENDING.
4. The link is found in the list Linked values.
5. To remove a link, press Remove links.
In Organizer's south panel tab workflow, the activities that can be configured to webmap for the specific task are displayed. Example the activity Construction implementation.
In the dialog for Administer links (activity/selection), find 1. the activity type Construction Implementation and select it.
2. Find and select label OWM_DISPLAYER_IN_TASK_FORM (Marks that the activity should be visible externally).
3. Press the Link activity type to selection button.
4. The link appears in the Linked Values section.
Tasks with a created work area in the map (right-click on a task and select Place component for object and select work area) can, by using the tab activities and the type of activity that has been configured with OUTAGE_PENDING, show a thematic map over the tasks work areas in the map. The work areas will be colored according to a result table and color interval that has been specified in number of days where the first interval corresponds to 0-15 days etc.
In the tab Activity, select a start date for the activity and press Save.
Open the sidebar and select the tab Thematic map.
Select the report Outage pending tasks.
The work areas are now colored within the given interval to which they belong.
In Organizer webmap there is the Linked activities tab.
Open the current task in Organizer and select the Workflow tab in the east panel to view added tasks in the workflow.
To be able to configure so that activity from the assignment appears in Linked activities in Organizer webmap, select Organizer > Administrate links (activity/marking). Here you can control which activity types become available in Organizer webmap. Select the activity type to be available under Activity Types in the Manage Links dialog. Under links, assign a label for the activity OWM_DISPLAYED_IN_TASK_FORM. This means that the activity Construction implementation will always be visible under Linked activities in the Organizer webmap.
The configuration is thus completed. In Organizer webmap, the activity is now visible under Linked activities.
