The report Risk Analysis reports all risk analyzes that have been performed. You can narrow the search result by selecting Within area and/or In saved object list.

You can filter your search by filling in Date. You can also search for one or more of the control points' Status. Furthermore, you can search only those risk analyzes whose control points have remarks by selecting Only with remarks.

 

The search result shows the Task name for the task in which the risk analysis is included, Task ID, Activity, Risk analysis name, Control point, control point Status and any Remarks.
