There are cases where a combination of a cost connection and an article connection can be made in a mapping group. This may be impossible or even inappropriate in other cases.

The mapping groups should be named in a way that clarifies the nature of the connection.

It is allowed to connect a mapping group to the same cost or the same article several times in Designer. The filtering function can be used to detect where there are duplicates of connections. Connections made to several costs codes in different cost catalogs usually do not cause conflicts, unless they are used at the same time in the same calculation.

As several suppliers may use the same article number for different articles, the article name is only shown if the main supplier have the article.
