User in dpPower (default_el_base_role)
The users purpose is to see and edit the network. The user cannot administrate and does not have access to any modules, except Organizer.

The administrator needs to be complemented with roles, such as those for a User in dpPower or similar, in order to gain additional and extended access. |

For Super administrators, text triggers are also run on locked objects.

Intended for users who plan and design the network.

The user also has user rights in dpWebmap, Organizer Webmap, Analyzer and Maintainer. Intended for users responsible for network maintenance.
