In the time planning view, you can view projects, tasks and task content in the calendar as follows:
•Projects, tasks, activities, milestones and decision points that you yourself seek out.
•Planned projects, tasks and activities in the coming quarter.
•Activities in activity progress state Delayed or Ongoing.
•One or more objects in the map.
•
In the lower part of the sidebar, you can both filter and sort the search results in the column headings of the tables: •Select a column heading to deselect and then select the values in the column you want to display. •Double-click in a column heading to sort the values in the column in numerical order or in alphabetical order. Press View. The search result is displayed in the calendar. |
1.Select the Content tab in the sidebar.
2.Open the folder Base queries and select one of the following:
•Project.
•Task.
•Activity.
•Milestone.
•Decision point.
•Workflow, mixed.
3.Refine your search by:
•Entering the Project name or Task name as keyword.
•Filtering by State: All, Active or Closed.
•Filtering by Owner (activity, milestone or decision point).
•Filtering by type of activity, milestone or decision point.
4.Press Search. The search result is displayed in the lower part of the sidebar.
5.To display a selection of the search result in the calendar, select one or more rows in the search result.
6.Press View. The selection is displayed in the calendar.
1.Select the Content tab in the sidebar.
2.Select Other queries > Resource overview.
3.Refine your search by:
•If you search for Personnel resource:
oSelect the box Personnel resource.
oEnter a Name.
oFilter by Type.
oFilter by Competence.
•If you search for Machine resource:
oSelect the box Machine resource.
oFilter by Type.
oFilter by Class.
4.Press Search. The search result is displayed in the lower part of the sidebar.
5.To display a selection of the search result in the calendar, select one or more rows in the search result.
6.Press Show. The selection is displayed in the calendar.
1.In the tool bar, select the Pointer Tool .
2.Select and right-click on a booking in the calendar.
3.Select:
oShow/change attributes - Opens the attribute window for the booking.
oShow workflow items in Workplanner - Opens the workflow item in a new Workplanner but the same planning version.
oShow tasks in Workplanner - Opens the task in a new Workplanner but the same planning version.
1.Select the Content tab in the sidebar.
2.Open the folder Other queries and select one of the following:
•Projects planned the next three months.
•Tasks planned the next three months.
•Activities planned the next three months.
3.Press Search. The search result is displayed in the lower part of the sidebar.
4.To display a selection of the search result in the calendar, select one or more rows in the search result.
5.Press View. The selection is displayed in the calendar.
1.Select the Content tab in the sidebar.
2.Open the folder Other queries and select one of the following:
•Delayed activities.
•Ongoing activities.
4.Press Search. The search result is displayed in the lower part of the sidebar.
5.To display a selection of the search result in the calendar, select one or more rows in the search result.
6.Press View. The selection is displayed in the calendar.
1.Select one or more objects in a map view. Select the objects one at a time, or draw a polygon around several objects.
2.Right-click and select WorkPlanner. WorkPlanner opens and the selected items are displayed in the calendar and in the lower part of the sidebar.
If the map area you selected contains multi-utility projects, use the theme feature at the bottom of the sidebar to give them different colors in the calendar. Select a results field in the Application column, right-click and select Thematic map for [Application]. |
